  • Work more and earn less.

Affiliation with the company and dedication to the performance of the work are indeed required, but this does not mean that this loyalty is compulsively exploited to the last point of strength in you.

If your manager sees in you a high endurance and assigns many tasks to you unlike your colleagues, and you perform these tasks outside of official working hours and you do not receive a rewarding financial reward for all this, then here you are not working with loyalty to the institution, but rather the institution is exploiting you.

It is more like slavery and does not rise to the performance of a professional institution, so there is no future for you in this type of company, and you do not aspire to be rewarded or even upgrade your job title. We view you as a lazy employee, and you should be fired and replaced with a new employee who will be exploited in the same way, perhaps even with a lower salary than you.
