Among the new orders, Vestas received a 38 MW commitment for nine V117-4.2 MW turbines for an undisclosed project, which also includes a long-term service agreement. Additionally, another order for eight units of the same model has been placed for a different undisclosed project in Japan, also accompanied by a long-term service agreement.

In a notable collaboration, ENEOS Renewable Energy Corporation and Tohoku Electric Power Co. have ordered five V136-4.2 MW turbines for a replacement project at the JRE Sakata Wind Farm. This order includes a Long-term AOM 5000 service agreement, ensuring ongoing support and maintenance.
