If your manager is oppressing you, denying you the privileges you deserve, or rewarding you illegally, or using his authority to turn your working day into a kind of psychological torture, and with all this he cannot be moved from his position, despite the management’s attempts to discourage him from this behavior or solve it, then you must leave the job immediately and submit your resignation; Engaging in a struggle to fix this environment will not work, but this bad boss may try to damage your professional image and use his influence to sabotage any opportunity for you to search for another job. If you are in a losing battle from its inception, there is nothing wrong with leaving work and submitting your resignation, while trying to communicate the matter to management confidentially, if possible.
