Sometimes the culture of the company is not suitable for some, and although entering and immersing in different environments helps spread a culture of acceptance of the other and cultural and professional diversity in the organization, it may be a negative indicator for the work environment if new people are unable to integrate, and at that time they will not be able to add anything to the new work environment, but they will waste most of their strength trying to change or reject what is in place or even distance themselves from it.

And this will not help in sharing ideas and coming up with new creative solutions or in creating a healthy work environment suitable for innovation if they are unable to integrate.

It does not mean any kind of racial or personal discrimination against some social classes or groups. Rather, sometimes the job requires a certain type of clothing that may not be compatible with one’s personal nature, principles, or religious rulings.

Sometimes work requires meeting customers in expensive restaurants that he will not be able to attend. The natural employee covers the cost of her attendance, but sometimes some companies need a certain social appearance for the owners of the higher administrative professions, which adds a kind of financial burden to its owner.

These are all things that may not be imposed by other companies, but your company may add them to its policy, and there is nothing wrong with it, every company should do this. What you have to do is decide if you really feel that you have the ability to fit in with these policies or not.

If you find in these conditions a kind of incapacitation, rejection, or even psychological dissatisfaction with them, then this does not make you less professional, racist, or stingy in material terms, but rather makes you a person who knows the limits of his or her capabilities and knows which places are best suited to your nature and which environments are best for the prosperity of your efficiency and increase its effectiveness.
