Real estate tax income is highly predictable, as it is more stable than sales tax or income tax, which can fluctuate based on consumer behavior and employment levels. Despite spending habits, real estate tends to maintain its value over time compared to general economic conditions.

4- Transparency

Real estate tax rates are controlled locally, so it is easy to obtain information about them and form a correct mechanism to deal with them or use them, and individual property owners have the right to object to the assessment of their properties, but the result of this assessment rarely changes, and the rules related to real estate taxes do not differ from year to year. Therefore, property taxes are mainly paid for the same services each year, in addition to the possibility of voting on them.
