Dutch engineering firm TWD and consultancy IX Renewables have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing their presence in the offshore wind sector within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This strategic partnership is set to leverage the strengths of both companies to improve project execution and service quality in offshore wind developments.

Key Details of the MoU

  • Focus Areas: IX Renewables will concentrate on managing offshore wind developments, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI). Meanwhile, TWD will provide essential engineering services such as method engineering and equipment design.
  • Goals: The collaboration aims to ensure efficient project execution from concept to completion, enhancing the overall feasibility of offshore wind projects in the region.
